Job Title: Shift Warehouse Pick/Pack Associate

Job Description

This role focuses on accurately picking, packing, and assembling product kits in a modern warehouse environment. You will ensure orders are fulfilled correctly, maintain quality standards, and support efficient shipping operations while working collaboratively with a team on a structured day shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assemble product kits based on order specifications and pick lists.

• Pick items from warehouse inventory and verify product counts for each order.

• Inspect items for quality, damage, and completeness before packing.

• Label, package, and prepare kits for outbound shipping according to company standards.

• Support general warehouse labor activities, including shipping and receiving tasks.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.

• Follow established safety procedures and warehouse protocols consistently.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production and accuracy goals.

• Assist with order selection, packing, and staging of products for delivery.

• Contribute to inventory handling and basic warehouse pick/pack operations as needed.

Essential Skills

• Previous warehouse or production experience.

• Demonstrated consistent and reliable work history.

• Experience with pick/pack processes in a warehouse environment.

• Ability to perform general labor tasks, including lifting, moving, and packing products.

• Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

• Strong attention to detail for verifying counts and inspecting product quality.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team to meet daily goals.

Work Environment

This position operates in a brand-new warehouse facility on a day shift schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday. The environment is structured around warehouse pick/pack, shipping and receiving, and general labor activities, with a focus on cleanliness, organization, and safety. Team members work on their feet for extended periods, handle inventory, and use standard warehouse equipment as part of daily operations, following established safety and operational protocols.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lockbourne, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
