We provide behavioral health support and counseling services to individuals and families across Louisiana, working every day to improve lives and strengthen communities.

We’re looking for an Administrative Coordinator 4 to serve as the first point of contact at the agency, creating a welcoming environment for clients, patients, and visitors and providing administrative support that keeps our front office running smoothly.

An ideal candidate should possess the following competencies: Communicating Effectively: The ability to relay information correctly and appropriately to connect people and ideas. Focusing on Customers: The ability to serve the needs of those who support and/or rely on the services provided. Displaying Professionalism: The ability to recognize how your actions impact the perceptions of both you and your organization. EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION: Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience. The official job specifications for this role, as defined by the State Civil Service, can be found here.Job Duties: As an Administrative Coordinator, you'll help create a positive first impression for every person who walks through our doors. In this role, you will:

  • Greet troopers, visitors, and staff with kindness and professionalism

  • Check in all visitors, verify their information, and assist with completing any necessary paperwork

  • Answer incoming calls, route messages, and provide general information about Fleet services

  • Coordinate and update appointments using our scheduling system to keep things running smoothly

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area to ensure a welcoming environment

  • Support the Fleet team with everyday office tasks like data entry, filing, mail distribution, and general administrative support

Position-Specific Details: Appointment Type: Probational, Promotional, or Job Appointment Career Progression: This position does not participate in a Career Progression Group. Work Schedule: Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday. Compensation: The salary offered will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
