This role is part of the AAdvantage Co-Brand Partnerships Team within the Commercial Organization.

Responsible for supporting marketing and growth initiatives for AAdvantage co-brand credit card portfolio.
What you'll do
-
Collaborates with partners and third parties to increase co-brand performance by supporting the credit card program
-
Raises awareness of AAdvantage co-brand credit card products across through marketing campaigns and activations
-
Supports reporting on program effectiveness and performance
-
Manages ordering, inventory, and distribution of promotional collateral for AAdvantage co-brand credit card products
-
Acts as liaison between internal and external teams

Performs administrative tasks such as inbox monitoring, billing, and campaign QA
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
-
High School Degree or GED equivalent or equivalent experience/training
-
Prior sales experience
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
-
Prior experience in credit card marketing and/or financial services sales
-
Prior experience educating and motivating a distributed sales force
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
-
Knowledge of AAdvantage co-brand credit card products and propositions as well as consumer alternatives
-
Effective organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities
-
Compelling written and oral communication skills capable of influencing others
-
Initiative to identify areas of interest beyond those that are specifically assigned
