These resources will be dedicated exclusively to operational development, production support, defect resolution, and backlog ticket remediation. They will not be assigned to project-based initiatives, allowing the team to focus on reducing backlog volume, improving turnaround times, and maintaining operational stability.

Skills and Requirements
Oracle BRM 15.0 development experience (required)
Experience supporting production environments, operational enhancements, and backlog remediation
Ability to work independently on defect resolution and development tickets
