WHAT YOU WILL DO:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

  • Be accountable for team member safety.

  • Oversee the completion of daily monitoring to include: safety/housekeeping checklists; process control conditions (temperature, pressure, level, etc); regulatory/compliance monitoring (air, water, SQF, GMP); and other monitoring as requested by Management.

  • Oversee the execution of the daily production plan as provided by Chem Ops Management.

  • Develop the skill set of team members.

  • Ensure high housekeeping standards for production facility(s) are maintained.

  • Assist warehouse personnel with packaging, raw material, and product movements.

  • Other duties as assigned.

YOUR MUST HAVES:

  • 18 years of age or older.

  • High school Diploma or General Education Diploma (“GED”).

  • 2 years of industrial manufacturing experience.

WHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE:

  • 2 years of industrial manufacturing supervisory experience

OUR ENVIRONMENT:

This position is based in our manufacturing plant environment. Expected exposure to wet, hot, cold, various shifts, requiring Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Constant (role requires this activity more than 66% of the time (5.5+ hrs/day)

Use of fingers and hands. Lift/Carry 10 lbs or less & push/pull 12 lbs or less.

Frequently (role requires this activity from 33% - 66% of the time (2.5 - 5.5+ hrs/day)

Stand, climb stairs, walk, sit, reach outward, squat/kneel, bend. Lift/Carry 11-50 lbs & push/pull 13-40 lbs.

Occasional (role requires this activity up to 33% of the time (0 - 2.5+ hrs/day)

Climb & crawl. Lift/Carry 51+ lbs & push/pull 41-100 lbs.
