Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a User Experience (UX) Designer - Expert to join their team. As a User Experience (UX) Designer - Expert, you will be part of the Design and User Experience department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, a passion for innovative design, and a user-centered mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: User Experience (UX) Designer - Expert
Location: Austin, TX
Pay Range: $80
What's the Job?

Facilitate collaborative design sessions including sketching and ideation to generate innovative solutions.

Lead design reviews and drive strategic decisions to enhance user experience.

Create comprehensive design solutions considering all aspects of the advisor and client experience.

Translate established patterns and design systems into high-quality visual and interactive prototypes.

Support research efforts to understand user needs and incorporate findings into design improvements.
What's Needed?

Expertise with foundational UX principles and best practices.

Experience executing high-fidelity designs and prototypes.

Proficiency with documentation and project tracking tools such as Confluence and Jira.

Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Ability to adapt and iterate designs based on feedback and research insights.
