Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a growing school-based team in Westminster, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians looking for a stable, full-time position where they can focus on helping students develop stronger communication skills and achieve success both inside and outside the classroom.
Whether you're an experienced school-based therapist or looking to transition into the educational setting, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working alongside supportive educational professionals throughout the school year.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.

Provide direct speech-language therapy services in accordance with IEP goals.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress.

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
-
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning.
-
Monitor student progress and modify treatment strategies as needed.
-
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and professional standards of practice.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
-
Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License in the state of assignment.
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state or contract.

Current CPR certification, if applicable.
-
TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray, if applicable.
-
Current health certificate, if required.
-
Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Adherence to all relevant professional standards of practice.
