Job Description

  • Flexibility to support operations, including public holidays when needed
  • Working Location at Chek Lap Kok (Tansportation Allowance for living location outside Tung Chung) / Tuen Mun

  • Perform all daily functions of assigned Clients.
  • Familiar in WMS and computerized inventory control system and its procedures.
  • Conduct inventory cycle count and stock take, ensure inventory accuracy meets KPI.
  • Perform invoicing through company portal and conducts billings including associated backup and documentation.
  • Provide daily operational reports accurately and timely.
  • Perform daily data entry for receiving, order allocation, shipping and inventory management, and audits picking activities.
  • Provide warehouse staff with necessary documents and information needed to complete receiving, and to ship orders.
  • Provide support with other miscellaneous projects, filing and research.
  • Rating of domestic transportation bills.
  • Receive and handle customer enquiry with Supervisory guidance.

Qualifications

  • Certificate/diploma or Formal Secondary School graduate or above, preferably with 1-2 years working experience in freight forwarding industry
  • Fresh graduates with less experience will also be considered
  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Possess strong interest to pursue long term career in the logistic solutions industry
  • Proficient PC knowledge
