Business Operations Analyst

Job Description

Strong understanding of retail operations Partner and communicate with multiple business and IT teams across the organization Maintain and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for system functions Validate system updates and enhancements prior to deployment in production environments Help solution proactively and prevent future issues Coordinate cross functionally to enable timely resolution when issues arise

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical skills Highly organized and detail oriented Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to handle significant responsibility Humble, team-oriented and optimistic Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
