Capital Projects Quotations Coordinator

Ferguson Industrial is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a remote Industrial Quotations Coordinator.

Schedule: Monday- Friday 7am-4pm (preferably within CST or EST) Pay starts at $25 per hour or more based on experience

Responsibilities: Your specific duties as a Quotations Coordinator will include but is not limited to:

• Review and understand plans and specifications to assure material quoted aligns with project requirements
• Developing competitive quotations according to local market strategy
• Maintain profitable margins by using preferred sourcing methods
• Engage with Vendors to negotiate and acquire pricing in a timely manner
• Establish positive relationships with internal and external customers to receive accurate follow-up details

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or 2-3 years equivalent work experience with quotations or inside sales
• Previous experience and/or knowledge of business preferred
• Advanced proficiency with Office 365 applications, specifically Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and focus on quality output
• Self-motivated, team and goal oriented
• High interest in working independently and self-management
• Ability to effectively multi­task in a highly deadline driven environment
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Advanced oral and written communication skills

Pay Range:

Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.

$15.00 - $27.50- Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
