Responsible for facilitating the development of strategies to advance the organization's strategic agenda. This position supports the annual planning cycle and manages additional projects as assigned. Additionally, this role interfaces with various departments to ensure cohesive strategy development and implementation. In addition, this position actively participates in maintaining respectful and effective relationships across the organization. Ensures outstanding customer service in all interactions.
- Identifies and mitigates risks to project success.
- Conducts post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- Develops and executes strategic plans to align with organizational goals.
- Analyzes market trends and data to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborates with leadership to set strategic priorities and objectives.
- Facilitates strategic planning sessions and workshops.
- Tracks and reports on the progress of strategic initiatives.
- Develops and implements project plans to achieve strategic objectives.
- Manages project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion.
- Coordinates cross-functional teams to execute project tasks and deliverables.
- Monitors project progress and performance, making adjustments as needed. Communicates project status and updates to stakeholders.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Organizational, logical and creative thinking, and problem-solving skills [Required]
- Strong research skills, detail-oriented, analytical [Required]
- Advanced level computer knowledge, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other data bases [Required]
- Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and procedures [Required]
- Excellent English written and verbal skills, ability to articulate complex information into terms understandable to all levels of leadership, physician and staff [Required]
- Comfortable presenting and/or facilitating discussions with leadership and other stakeholders [Required]
- Extraordinary ability to manage a large number of projects concurrently [Required]
- Ability to manage and work with a diverse group of individuals [Required]
- Self-motivated and able to work and think independently with strong attention to detail and requiring minimal supervision [Required]
Education:
- Bachelor's [Required]
- Master's [Preferred]
Field of Study:
- In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration or related field
- in Business, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent
Work Experience:
- 2+ of experience in healthcare or project management [Required]

Pay Range:
$50,211.20 - $93,392.00 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
