What’s a typical day as Inside Sales Order Entry Specialist? You’ll be:

• Answering inbound customer calls regarding product availability, pricing, and shipment confirmations

• Performing accurate order entry and providing quotes for products

• Addressing customer complaints and initiating RGAs (Returned Goods Authorization)

• Supporting outside sales representatives and collaborating with the team to maintain adequate inventory stock

• Updating inventory planning reports and sending EDI PO acknowledgments, ASNs, and invoices

• Utilizing inventory management and ERP systems, as well as Microsoft Office, to support daily operations

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have 5+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution setting

• Are proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with inventory management or ERP systems

• Possess strong interpersonal communication skills and EDI knowledge

• Hold an Associate’s degree or equivalent

• Demonstrate high attention to detail, reliability, and a customer-focused mindset
