Full job description
Location: San Francisco, CA (field based, primarily visiting companies in the Bay Area) Employment Type: Full time Team: Mid Market Sales Reports to: Director of Sales
About Alma Alma is building the next-generation immigration platform that combines world-class legal services with a modern software layer to make hiring and sponsoring global talent simple, predictable, and compliant. We work with founders, startups, and growing companies who need a faster, more transparent alternative to traditional law firms and fragmented immigration vendors. Our platform centralizes case management, compliance tracking, employee experience, and legal execution, so companies can focus on growth, not paperwork. We are backed by top investors and are scaling our Mid Market team to serve growing and enterprise organizations with increasingly complex hiring and immigration needs.
The Role As a Business Development Representative on our Mid Market team, you will generate pipeline for our Account Executives by getting in front of decision makers on People teams at Mid Market and Enterprise companies. This is a field based role: you will visit company offices, attend industry events, and find creative ways to get Alma in front of the right people. You will work closely with your AE to plan territory coverage, prioritize target accounts, and build your daily schedule together. This is a great way to start a career in sales, with a clear path to becoming an Account Executive.
