Full job description

We are looking for a driven and curious, client-focused Construction Management intern with an interest in Construction Management and Sustainability to join our Life Sciences team based out of Cary, NC. This role may require occasional travel to various project sites throughout the Greater Raleigh, NC area.

Working within one of our Construction teams, you could join us in one of many different Construction focused roles—Site Engineer, Environmental Site Controls, Sustainability Tracking and Reporting, to name a few. You will support Project Managers in all aspects of the project; help find alternative strategies and utilize advanced technologies and data analysis solutions to support service excellence. We’ll guide you through the beginning of your construction management career as you hone your skills in meeting project requirements regarding timeline and budget. You will collaborate on erosion and sediment control inspections and sustainable material audits which help maintain adherence to our stormwater management requirements and sustainability goals towards successful project delivery.

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or another closely related field

  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future.

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

  • Ability to read construction drawings and have basic knowledge of construction means and methods

  • Previous experience in construction
