Full job description

Our client, a global leader in the medical technology and healthcare industry, is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join their team. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be part of the Creative Services Department supporting Marketing, Sales Training, Physician Education, Convention Services, and Internal Communications teams . The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and a collaborative mindset , which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer

Location: Tempe, AZ (Onsite)

Pay Range: $30.00 - $34.00/hour

What's the Job?

  • Create and update marketing collateral, brochures, sell sheets, advertisements, presentations, digital graphics, and training materials.

  • Support product launches, conventions, physician education programs, digital campaigns, and internal communication initiatives.

  • Prepare design concepts, layouts, mockups, and production-ready files while maintaining brand consistency and quality standards.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies, printers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of creative projects.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

What's Needed?

  • 1-3 years of Graphic Design experience (internships accepted) or a portfolio demonstrating strong design skills.

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

  • Experience creating and editing branded PowerPoint presentations; familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications.

  • Strong typography, layout, visual design, organization, and production skills.

  • Ability to take creative direction, incorporate feedback, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
