Job Description

Lead packaging engineering projects with endtoend planning, development, and implementation of sterile and nonsterile packaging solutions for raw materials, final product, and product shipments. Manage verification, validation, and distribution testing activities including protocol creation, sample builds, external lab coordination, and report timelines. Lead execution of test methods, TMVs, Design verification activities, and engineering changes to support new product development and sustaining engineering projects. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, resolve packaging related quality issues and improve packaging efficiency for production. Master’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering (any); Engineering Management is required. Work location: Iselin, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
