  • Executive Support: Serve as a subject-matter expert on stock plans, provide exceptional and timely support and issue-resolution to employees and executives regarding any equity-related inquiries, data requests and reporting.

  • Deferred Compensation: Administer all aspects of the Director and Executive Deferred Compensation Plans, including enrollments, elections, vesting, exercises, distributions, and participant communications.

Communications and Strategy: Collaborate on the development and delivery of employee and executive-level communications, educational and training materials, and resources. Contribute to the design and rollout of new equity programs and plans.

  • Comfort performing data gathering/validation, reconciliations, and audit.

  • Strong verbal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various teams across the organization and convey equity-related insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently and with others, multi-task, prioritize, follow through, and meet deadlines within a fast-paced work environment.
