Job Description

Overview: The Project Manager is typically responsible for owning all CSA scope from preconstruction through turnover of the facility. While the exact responsibilities vary by building package, this is generally what the position entails on a semiconductor megaproject.

Primary Responsibility: Lead the planning, execution, safety, cost, schedule, and quality performance of all Civil, Structural, and Architectural construction activities associated with Micron's semiconductor manufacturing campus. This includes coordination with Micron, design teams, trade partners, Client self-perform groups, and MEP teams.

Key Areas of Ownership Civil Scope

• Site development and grading
• Earthwork and excavation
• Underground utilities
• Storm drainage systems
• Roads, paving, and site infrastructure
• Foundations and piling systems
• Coordination of survey and layout activities Client's CSA roles specifically call out expertise in site work, earthwork, underground utilities, piling, and foundations.

Structural Scope

• Concrete structures
• Rebar and post-tension systems
• Structural steel erection
• Equipment foundations
• Platform and support structures
• Seismic requirements
• Structural coordination with tool installation teams Client identifies structural steel, concrete, foundations, and advanced manufacturing structures as core CSA responsibilities

Architectural Scope

• Building envelope
• Exterior skin systems
• Roofing systems
• Interior finishes
• Framing and drywall
• Raised floor areas
• Cleanroom architectural systems

What Success Looks Like at Micron A high-performing CSA Project Manager is typically expected to:

• Deliver major CSA packages on schedule.
• Control cost growth and change orders.
• Maintain strong subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate effectively with MEP and process-tool teams.
• Lead thousands of workers through critical construction milestones.
• Turn over cleanroom and manufacturing spaces ready for equipment installation.

Skills and Requirements

-Expertise in site work, earthwork, underground utilities, piling, and foundations. -Knowledge of structural steel, concrete, foundations, and advanced manufacturing structures. -Experience with building exteriors, finishes, and cleanroom construction as part of the CSA discipline
