Security Coordinator

We have an outstanding Contract position for aSecurity Coordinatorto join a leading Company located in theRedondo Beach, CA surrounding area.

Pay Rate: $42.23

US Citizenship is required.

Candidate must possess an Active Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.

Looking for a Security Coordinator 1 to support our Security department. As a member of the Security department, you'll be conducting Security Escorts in restricted areas. This position will serve on-site at Redondo Beach, Space Park Site. This position will be on-call/ Part-Time status with a flexible schedule.

Job Responsibilities:

• Escort uncleared personnel operating inside restricted areas.

• Monitor activities in, near, and around secured spaces and track on-site movement of uncleared contractors.

• Ensure the safeguarding of all classified locations, including monitoring activities of contractor personnel during maintenance in secured buildings, and comply with all Company Policies and Procedures.

Basic Hiring Criteria:

• Must have an active TS/SCI Clearance.

• 1 - 2 years of experience.

• Exercise sound judgment and immediately report any suspicious or non-compliant activities.

• Attend required security briefings and training prior t o job assignments.

• Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time .

• Remain physically present and alert at all times in the approved work area with the uncleared personnel.
