UX Designer III

Our client, AI-powered product organization is seeking a UX Designer III to join their team. As a UX Designer III, you will be part of the Product Design & Operations team supporting Prod Ops priority investments. The ideal candidate will have a strong user-centered mindset, the ability to translate research into shippable design work, and a passion for building consistent design systems that help teams move faster.

Pay Range: $75

What's the Job?

• Lead design research and user insights by running structured feedback sessions, conducting usability testing, and translating findings into prioritized product improvements.

• Own product design and prototyping by creating wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, design specs, and interactive prototypes that align stakeholders and support shipping improvements.

• Drive visual and graphic design across the product suite by developing visual identity elements, UI graphics and illustrations, and internal marketing and launch materials for tool rollouts.

• Build and maintain an internal design system (component library, style guide, patterns) to ensure visual and interaction consistency across the portfolio.

• Contribute to front-end execution through “vibe coding,” especially for marketing pages, brand artifacts, and lightweight front-end experiences, while documenting standards and enablement materials.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, with internal tools or B2B products preferred.

• Portfolio demonstrating range across user research, interaction design, and graphic design.

• Strong proficiency in Figma for specifications, prototyping, and design system work.

• Experience designing standards for vibe-coded web apps and ability to manage multiple concurrent design requests with clear prioritization.

• Clear communication skills for documenting standards and collaborating with Prod Ops ICs and cross-functional teams, plus self-directed ability to ramp quickly through structured onboarding.
