Transition Coordinator (Temporary)

Remote USA Live within Pacific, Mountain or Central TimeZone

Duration: Through December 31, 2026

About the Role

The Transition Coordinator provides administrative andproject support to the Transition team, helping ensure critical projectdocumentation is collected, organized, tracked, and maintained throughout theproject lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized,detail-oriented, and enjoys working with multiple stakeholders to gatherinformation and keep projects moving forward.

What You'll Do

  • Track down, collect, and organize project-related documentation from internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

  • Maintain document repositories and ensure files are complete, accurate, and stored according to established procedures.

  • Monitor documentation requests and follow up with stakeholders to meet deadlines.

  • Support transition projects by tracking deliverables and maintaining status reports.

  • Assist with data entry, file management, and document control activities.

  • Coordinate and communicate project updates to team members as needed.

  • Support project closeout activities by ensuring all required documentation has been received and properly archived.

  • Perform administrative tasks including report preparation, tracking spreadsheets, and maintaining project records.

  • Collaborate with team members to identify missing information and resolve documentation gaps.

  • Follow established processes while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

What You'll Need

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • 1+ years of administrative, project coordination, document control, records management, or related experience.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.

  • Strong follow-up and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience maintaining electronic files and document management systems is a plus.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Transition Coordinator position is $50,000 annually [or $24.03 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Transition Coordinator position is $60,000 annually [or $28.84 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
