REMOTE-Project Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a Configuration Manager to support an existing team responsible for content updates, configuration planning, content maintenance, and platform administration activities. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who can take clear direction, work independently, and contribute in a fast-paced digital environment. The position will support ongoing content operations, troubleshooting efforts, and configuration-related initiatives. Responsibilities and qualifications are presented clearly and concisely in alignment with job posting guidance. -Support the current team with day-to-day content and configuration activities. -Perform content entry and updates within content management platforms and databases. -Troubleshoot defects and assist with issue resolution. -Review features and develop configuration plans based on requirements. Update PowerPoint presentations and upload related content into Airtable. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding work assignments and progress.

Skills and Requirements

Experience performing content entry, data updates, or content management activities. Ability to follow direction, manage assigned tasks, and work independently. Experience using Microsoft tools, including PowerPoint. Experience with one or more of the following: Airtable Jira Confluence Content management platforms such as Contentful or similar systems
