Sr. SIOP Leader

Overview

The Sr SIOP Leader is responsible for developing and leading the company's Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process to ensure alignment between customer demand, supply chain capabilities, operational capacity, inventory investment, and business objectives. This role serves as the leader of the integrated business planning process and partners closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management, Service, Finance, and Executive Leadership to drive forecast accuracy, optimize working capital, improve on-time delivery, and support profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the enterprise SIOP process across all business functions.

  • Develop planning strategies aligned with growth objectives.

  • Facilitate monthly executive SIOP reviews and recommend actions to address demand, capacity, inventory, and supply risks.

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Project Management, and Service teams to develop accurate forecasts.

  • Balance customer demand against manufacturing, labor, vendor, and service capacity.

  • Establish inventory strategies that optimize working capital while meeting customer service objectives.

  • Collaborate across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, PMO, Warranty, Service, Finance, and Executive Leadership.

  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.

  • MBA preferred.

  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in SIOP, Supply Chain, Operations, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, or Program Management.

  • 3+ years leading cross-functional teams.
