  • Continuously improve laboratory processes, testing efficiency, analytical workflows, and technical capabilities.

  • Support safe laboratory operations and stewardship of facilities, equipment, and work practices.

  • Contribute to a culture of scientific curiosity and innovation by applying analytical chemistry expertise to novel materials, emerging technologies, and unique technical challenges.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline. Relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

  • Foundational knowledge of analytical chemistry principles, laboratory practices, and chemical sample preparation.

  • Experience operating, maintaining, and/or troubleshooting analytical laboratory instrumentation.

  • Ability to interpret complex analytical data, assess data quality, and communicate technically sound conclusions.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document methods, results, and recommendations.

  • Good manual dexterity and fine motor skills to safely prepare samples, operate laboratory equipment, and perform detailed laboratory procedures.
