College Intern - Business Analyst Description - What a College Intern - Business Analyst does at HP:

  • Business data analysis, segmentation, opportunity identification, process improvement, and project tracking.

  • Understand and analyze data as per customer and channel partner RAD Segmentation

  • Able to identify business opportunities to improve HP portfolio and business focuses

  • Improves process by studying current practices

  • Monitors project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports with recommendation actions.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

  • Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.

Support, Performance & Development:

  • Structured onboarding, work instructions, and dedicated mentor or buddy support will be provided.

  • Regular coaching, feedback, reasonable workplace accommodations, and assistive technologies will be provided where required.
