Job Description

Support the design, configuration, migration, and ongoing stabilization of macOS device management in Microsoft Intune. Responsibilities include: Support Jamf-to-Intune migration and zero-touch enrollment. Configure and troubleshoot Intune policies, profiles, certificates, compliance, and security settings. Package, test, and deploy macOS applications in Intune. Develop and maintain scripts/automation for enrollment, application deployment, and remediation. Troubleshoot complex macOS enrollment, Wi-Fi/VPN, security, and application issues. Support Cyber/security integrations and compliance requirements. Work with Microsoft, Apple, vendors, application owners, and internal support teams to resolve technical issues. Document configurations and provide knowledge transfer to the internal support team.
