Job Description

The Project Schedule Manager will be joining our client's team in Jacksonville Florida. This Engineer will develop and maintain engineering resource forecasts by project, discipline, position, and week. They will also track and analyze milestone performance, schedule variance, engineering manhours, resource utilization, forecast accuracy, and deliverable status. This position will pay $35hr-$40hr depending on years of experience.

Skills and Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in engineering project controls, scheduling, project management, resource planning, data analytics, or a similar engineering/manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling principles, dependencies, critical paths, resource loading, schedule forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and analysis of large datasets.
  • Experience developing dashboards, management-level reporting, and actionable performance metrics. Experience with Microsoft Project. Experience with Power BI, Power Query, SQL, Python, or similar analytics and automation tools.
