Your role and responsibilities
Facility Security
-
This is an on-site role requiring daily physical inspections of both IBM and client workspaces to ensure the security and integrity of production materials.

Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential security concerns within controlled production areas.
Virtual Security
-
Maintain access to client databases to ensure the security and integrity of products throughout the build lifecycle.

Monitor and safeguard the components and information associated with production activities.
Client Management
-
Manage and facilitate appropriate access to IBM databases for cleared members of the client workforce.
-
Ensure access is granted in accordance with established security requirements, policies, and authorization procedures.
Documentation & Compliance

Maintain accurate and timely security documentation and shift reports.

Conduct and support routine audits and security assessments to ensure continued compliance with established requirements.

Provide regular updates and maintain detailed records of security activities and findings.
Required technical and professional expertise
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
-
Exposure to working with various business functions to address emerging security and privacy issues, ensuring a cohesive response to potential threats.

National Security Clearance at the SECRET level. (Can be obtained post hire)

Security+ or higher level certification. (Can be obtained post hire)

Position is on-site ONLY. No remote work.
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Experience working with people to solve emergent and/or manifest problems.
