We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Member Accounts Representative. This role offers an excellent opportunity for personal and professional growth, competitive compensation, and a supportive work environment.

As a Member Accounts Representative, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, and providing administrative support as needed. This multifaceted role requires a versatile and detail-oriented individual with strong communication and organizational skills.

Pay rate: $20.00 per hour. This is considered an entry level position.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Provide account information to members.

  • Assist members with billing questions and resolution.

  • Resolve member complaints and issues to ensure a positive customer experience.

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company processes, policies, and procedures.

Data Entry:

  • Accurately enter and update New Membership information, auto-pay enrollment, adjustments, and billing transactions in the company database.

  • Verify, organize, scan and file paperwork, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

  • Generate reports and compile data for analysis as required.

  • Continuously review and correct data discrepancies to maintain database accuracy.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, document management, and scanning.

  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions, notes and transactions.

  • Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow efficiency.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Previous customer service and data entry experience is preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

  • Proficiency in using computer software and data entry applications.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • A customer-centric and problem-solving attitude.

  • Basic understanding of accounting concepts.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • A positive and proactive attitude.

  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to meeting deadlines.

  • Reliable and dependable.

  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow in the role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus.

  • Experience with CRM or customer service software is an advantage.
