Job Description
Location: Insight Global Hyderabad Delivery Center, Hyderabad, India (Onsite, 5 days/week)
We are seeking a Technical Lead / Lead Developer - Full Stack to provide hands-on technical leadership for enterprise applications supporting network automation and operational workflows. This individual will lead day-to-day development activities, mentor developers, and work closely with architects, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Lead development activities across front-end and back-end application components.

Design and develop React applications, Java Spring Boot services, and REST APIs.

Translate technical designs and architecture requirements into implementable solutions.

Review code, enforce engineering standards, and ensure development best practices.

Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to refine requirements and solution approaches.

Mentor developers and provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.

Partner with QA and DevOps teams to support testing, deployment, and production readiness activities.

Troubleshoot application issues and drive root cause analysis and resolution efforts.

Contribute to application modernization and performance optimization initiatives.

Skills and Requirements
Required Qualifications

7+ years of software development experience with full stack technologies.

Strong expertise in React, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices development.

Experience leading development teams and coordinating delivery across multiple contributors.

Strong understanding of PostgreSQL, MySQL, and application data modeling.

Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native application development.

Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices, code reviews, and design patterns.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience working with distributed or offshore development teams.
