Job Title: Facilities Manager Job Description
In this role, you will serve as the single point of contact for facilities management, assisting the Regional Manager and the Account Director in delivering quality facility management services. You will manage facilities and plant operations teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, quality assurance activities, financial performance, reporting, and personnel management and development.
Responsibilities

Supervise and direct the plant operations team, ensuring that Maintenance, Financial, CMMS, Safety, and Regulatory Compliance programs are executed efficiently.

Make informed decisions by interpreting procedures, company policies, and business practices.

Maintain a working knowledge of the Master Services Agreement (MSA) and ensure compliance with any relevant amendments or appendices.

Be accountable for financial performance related to Operational Facilities spending while adhering to established budgets.

Track trends and recommend action plans for KPI/SLA performance below standards, driven by the MSA for Plant Operations/Engineering Services.

Provide oversight and support in the delivery of maintenance projects and vendor activities supporting critical operations and functions.

Ensure staff is trained in approved practices and procedures related to proper facility maintenance techniques.

Create a safe work environment for staff by enforcing adherence to all safety and infection control policies, procedures, and practices.

Ensure all building systems and equipment are maintained in accordance with applicable State, Federal, and Local regulatory requirements.

Determine compliance with applicable standards as directed by management, specifically in areas like NFPA101 Life Safety Code, Safety Management, Security Management, Hazardous Materials Management, and Waste.
Essential Skills
-
5 years of facility management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance supervision experience.

Managerial experience with proven budget and personnel responsibilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and MS SharePoint.

Computer proficiency in CMMS/Work Order systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
-
College degree in a related engineering field, formal apprenticeship program, or technical trade school.

CHFM Certified Healthcare Facility Manager, CPMM-certified Plant Maintenance Manager, CFM-certified Facility Manager, or other relevant certifications.
-
Experience overseeing multiple facilities with varied functions.
-
Strong leadership and communication skills, with a preference for candidates with daytime leadership experience.

Project management experience in acute hospital locations (imaging, labs, etc.).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
