Location: Berry Street Facility - Springdale, AR Position: Stacker Labor - 1st SHIFT Hours - times vary per line you work Pay: $16.95 hour.

Job description: This position is responsible for operating the palletizer and ensuring the palletizing of all boxes.

Requirements:

• This person is responsible for ensuring that the palletizer is setup for production and supplying empty pallets.

• This person is also responsible for hand palletizing if the line produces more boxes than the palletizer can handle, lifting boxes up to excess of 40 pounds

Other Duties: Work as directed by supervisor

Equipment: Hairnets/beard nets, gloves, smocks, pallets, boxes of product

Special Skills: On Job Training

Communication Skills: None Specific

Environment: Work inside facility, noisy, wet floors and cool temps (50 or below), adequate lighting, moving objects, mechanical and electrical hazards. Sanitizing solutions in water and sanitizers. Days per week and hours per day will vary

Rehire Consideration:

• 180 days (6 months) waiting period.

• Max of two previous Tyson employments to be considered for hire.
