Business Systems Analyst

Job Description

An Insight Global client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to partner with cross-functional business and technology teams in driving innovation within their Go-to-Market (GTM) ecosystem. This individual will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating business needs into scalable solutions that improve efficiency, enhance user experiences, and support strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of GTM processes within a SaaS environment, deep experience working with Salesforce and related GTM applications, and a passion for leveraging emerging AI technologies to solve business challenges. This role requires a blend of business analysis, stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and solution design expertise. Key responsibilities include:

-Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, and IT to understand business processes, challenges, and strategic objectives.

-Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

-Translate complex business needs into actionable requirements for technical teams and ensure successful delivery of solutions.

-Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and engineering, architecture, and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.

-Support the design and implementation of enhancements across Salesforce and other GTM systems.

-Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation, AI-powered solutions, and low-code/no-code technologies.

-Evaluate new technologies and applications with consideration for enterprise security, governance, integration, and data management requirements.

-Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, backlog grooming, and stakeholder reviews.

Skills and Requirements

-5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience.

-Strong experience supporting Salesforce environments (specifically sales and GTM applications / modules within Salesforce).

-Knowledge of enterprise GTM technology ecosystems and supporting business processes.

-Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation, and backlog items in Jira.

-Understanding of integrations, APIs, data migration efforts, and enterprise application architecture.

-Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. -Enterprise SaaS / technology background
