Position Summary Provides direct Family Peer Support services to member's guardians, caregivers, and care team. Provides guidance to SKY initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Must reside in Jefferson County, Kentucky
  • Ability to travel up to 33% of the time
  • Certification in or eligibility to become certified as a KY Family Peer Support Specialist
  • Meets Eligibility Criteria:
  1. Must be 18 years of age or older
  2. Must be a self-identified parent or other family member who has lived experience with a care taking role of a youth family Member or Guardian of youth, and has received services related to a mental health, substance use, or co-occurring mental health and substance use disability from at least 1 child serving agency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with youth experiencing Engagment with child justice and welfare systems- Leadership experience
  • Critical Thinking
  • Organizational Skills
  • Exceptional Communication and De-Escalations

Education High School Diploma/GED, or equivalent experience

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is:

$18.50 - $31.72 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
