We are looking for a Production Supervisor. This position will be based in Broken Arrow, OK.

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Production Supervisor to lead a 2nd-shift team in our switchgear manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, and productivity while supporting digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, mechanical competence, and experience in interpreting engineering drawings while leading all aspects of the production team.

You’ll make a difference by:

  • Improve safety for all personnel in and around production lines/areas, while also leading by example and always following the safety protocols.

  • Drive team to meet schedules and committed dates, assign resources to work areas/products/tasks, supervise progress, and resolve line constraint problems (e.g., missing material, engineering issues).

  • Run and maintain kitting and supermarket operations.

  • Operate or assist with forklift operations as needed (must be willing and able to drive a forklift).

  • Work with manufacturing leads to ensure quality standards and proper usage of check lists.

  • Implement 5S in the areas and keep the place clean and organized.

  • Report results through shift production summaries and SAP routing confirmations, while detailing production losses.

  • Perform annual employee performance evaluations.

  • Support improvements to make processes better, faster and more reliable.

  • Support efforts to minimize errors, improve quality, and boost efficiency.

  • Support performance measurement and documentation of production processes.

  • Support continuous improvement projects.

  • Support digitalization efforts by implementing tools such as:

  • Digital Work Instructions

  • Operator Displays

  • Performance/Status Dashboards

You will win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of successful experience in an Assembly/Manufacturing or related field in a supervisory role.

  • Demonstrated competence in using hand tools.

  • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience.

  • Project Management experience.

  • Proficiency in: Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite

  • Basic SAP navigation and transactions

  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.

  • Strong leadership and time management skills.

  • Full understanding and application of management approaches for work direction, motivation, talent development, and performance management.

  • Self-motivated and self-starter

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

  • Experience with switchgear manufacturing.

  • In-depth experience with SAP or similar MRP system.
