Description

We are seeking a polished, highly organized, and proactive Executive Administrator to provide high-level support to two senior executives within a fast-paced healthcare organization. This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, foresight, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to two senior leaders, including complex calendar management, meeting preparation, correspondence, travel coordination, and day-to-day prioritization.

  • Anticipate executive needs and stay several steps ahead, proactively identifying scheduling conflicts, deadlines, follow-up items, organizational needs, and potential challenges before they require attention.

  • Serve as a trusted liaison and gatekeeper for the executive office, professionally interacting with Board members, providers, employees, community partners, and other key stakeholders while maintaining strict confidentiality.

  • Coordinate and support executive, management, and Board-related meetings, including agendas, materials, minutes, action-item tracking, special projects, and timely follow-through.

  • Bring exceptional organization, executive presence, adaptability, and sound judgment to a high-volume, fast-paced healthcare environment, while learning and adapting to the individual working styles and preferences of established senior executives.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of executive-level administrative experience preferred

  • Healthcare experience strongly preferred

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills

  • Exceptional written communication

  • Strong organization skills

  • Exceptional time-management skills required

Salary Description

$90,000-$105,000K
