Description
We are seeking a polished, highly organized, and proactive Executive Administrator to provide high-level support to two senior executives within a fast-paced healthcare organization. This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, foresight, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive executive support to two senior leaders, including complex calendar management, meeting preparation, correspondence, travel coordination, and day-to-day prioritization.

Anticipate executive needs and stay several steps ahead, proactively identifying scheduling conflicts, deadlines, follow-up items, organizational needs, and potential challenges before they require attention.

Serve as a trusted liaison and gatekeeper for the executive office, professionally interacting with Board members, providers, employees, community partners, and other key stakeholders while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Coordinate and support executive, management, and Board-related meetings, including agendas, materials, minutes, action-item tracking, special projects, and timely follow-through.

Bring exceptional organization, executive presence, adaptability, and sound judgment to a high-volume, fast-paced healthcare environment, while learning and adapting to the individual working styles and preferences of established senior executives.
Requirements
Qualifications:

5+ years of executive-level administrative experience preferred

Healthcare experience strongly preferred

Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Exceptional written communication

Strong organization skills

Exceptional time-management skills required
Salary Description
$90,000-$105,000K
