Job Description
An employer in the Dayton, Ohio area is seeking an Electronic Warfare Modeling & Simulation Engineer for a direct-hire opportunity. This individual will support the development of advanced Electronic Warfare capabilities by designing and enhancing models of radar systems and the RF/electromagnetic spectrum. Responsibilities include developing signal processing algorithms, creating simulation and software tools using C/C++, Python, and MATLAB, and analyzing current and emerging air defense technologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering innovative solutions that support critical defense and intelligence missions. This position is onsite and requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Skills and Requirements
Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance Bachelor’s Degree 5+ years of experience in signal processing or radar analysis Knowledge of digital signal processing, C++, and Python Active clearance Master’s degree or PhD Experience in Agile software development Experience with statistical analysis, AI or ML, and mathematical optimization Knowledge of Electronic Warfare methods and analysis, mission analysis, and signals analysis
