Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Operations Program Analyst. This candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and quality of critical product, logistics, and operational data across internal systems. The ideal individual is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and enjoys identifying and resolving data-related issues in a fast-paced environment. Daily, they will audit product records, investigate discrepancies, maintain lifecycle data, generate operational reporting, and partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive operational excellence. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with global teams, contribute to process improvements, and play a key role in maintaining data accuracy that supports business operations worldwide.

Skills and Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Data Analysis, or related field

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills

  • Experience working with large datasets

  • Data validation, auditing, and quality control experience

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

  • Experience with Product Master Data or SKU Management

  • Experience within Product Operations environments

  • Exposure to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems

  • Experience with reporting, analytics, or business intelligence tools

  • Background supporting inventory, logistics, or supply chain operations

  • Experience working with vendors and global teams Experience with SQL
