Full job description

Penske Chevrolet is immediately hiring Heavy Line Technicians to join our team. Up to a $20,000 installment sign-on bonus for Heavy Line Technicians with 3+ years of experience.

Our Heavy Line Technicians earn between $125,000 - $200,000 annually based on production.

As a Heavy Line Technician, you will perform repairs and mechanic work in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards for an excellent customer experience.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 3 plus years of experience as a heavy line mechanic.

  • GM or Chevrolet experience preferred but not required.

  • Strong experience with engine, transmission, and drivetrain repairs.

  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various vehicle makes and models.

  • Strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

  • Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment and experience working as a Mechanic in a fast-paced shop.
