Description
Share, train and evaluate Third Party Manufacturers in global regulatory requirements. Evaluate CAPAs to ensure that they meet compliance requirements. Ensure TPMs follow ELC’s quality management systems (ie…initiates change controls, deviations and provide immediate/long term corrective/preventative actions where needed). Coordinate and/or Conduct investigations into quality inquiries and consumer complaints.

Liaison with internal ELC partners and suppliers to identify, support and manage compliance needs related to new and increasing international standards.

CSAR related documentation for supplier and material certification

Support retrieval and review of cosmetic dossier related documentation

First production trial coordination through sample submission support

In conjunction with regional SQA leadership develop and execute periodical auditing plan focused on review of executed TPM manufacturing records to ensure on-going compliance with ELC expectations.

Liaise with Quality staff at the manufacturing sites for supplier related quality issues and partner with supplier to resolve issues and ensure corrective actions are identified and implemented to prevent reoccurrence.

Conduct investigations and document findings for quality inquiries and product issues raised within the ELC quality system.

Consolidate and organize supplier quality performance metrics, associated data, and messaging for use during periodical supplier performance review meetings.

Work with QA Audit group to review supplier audit results, provide input for CAPA plans & follow up to verify CAPA completion and verify its effectiveness as needed.

Provide support and assist with the management of both supplier and ELC initiated change controls, deviations, and immediate/ long term corrective/preventative actions.

Ensure compliance to quality agreement/key QMS requirements.
Qualifications
Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of prior experience working in a manufacturing site or supporting the development and introduction of new products within the Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical and or Food & Beverage industry

Prior experience with quality management systems, project management, supplier management and/or continuous improvement initiatives preferred

Knowledge of compliance related to various Quality Systems Standards, Regulations and Guidelines, e.g. ISO 22716, CSAR, FDA, MHRA, Health Canada, etc.

Solution oriented mindset to resolve day to day issues
-
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down issues to basic form that can be easily understood by all levels of management both verbally and in written format.

Deviation management (source containment, root cause analysis, CAPA, etc.)
-
Ability to partner cross functionally and integrate feedback during development and implementation of quality systems
-
Ability to make decisions of moderate complexity independently and escalate complex decisions as needed.

Ability to work independently to meet objectives and timelines

Bachelor’s Degree in science or engineering
Proficient in AI capabilities and MS Suite
Pay Range:
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $75,350.00 to $113,000.00. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program.
