Applied Research Solutions (ARS) is seeking a full-time Office Manager to support the ARS home office in Beavercreek, Ohio.

Responsibilities include:

Opens and closes office daily.
-
Maintains common spaces, cleans common spaces throughout the day to include conference rooms and kitchens.

Greets all visitors and inform staff of visitors waiting for appointments.

Responsible for distribution of incoming mail and sending outgoing mail.

Answers and directs phone calls to relevant recipients.

Assists in the coordination of meetings, functions, and other projects onsite and offsite.

Manages kitchens-organize, stock, and order supplies.
-
Greets and verifies identities of all visitors and inform staff of visitors.

Supports office staff with administrative tasks-copying, ordering, formatting, sorting.

Monitors and keeps office supplies stocked.
-
Maintains a regular and predictable work schedule-must be in office 5 days/week.

Interacts appropriately with others to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Prepares reports, memos, spreadsheets, and other documents using MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Interface with local new hires.

Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/ Technical Experience Requirements:
-
Must be a U.S. Citizen
-
High school diploma
-
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office manager, 1-3 years experience preferred
-
Working knowledge of office equipment
-
Proficiency in MS Office
-
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
-
Friendly and pleasant demeanor
-
Self-motivator and initiator
-
Customer-focused
