Description

Want to help take the onboarding experience for new Apple employees to the next level? The New Employee Experience (NEX) program is looking for someone to help coordinate, execute, and innovate on strategies that enable a seamless onboarding experience.

This a highly cross-functional role, part of a global team that helps to define a consistent new hire experience. The NEX team is constantly evolving our solutions to meet Apple’s scalable needs, while maintaining a deeply personal experience for our new hires.

As a regional Program Manager, you’ll work to implement these experiences at sites across your region in partnership with a wide array of local stakeholders. These in-person and virtual events help support new hires throughout their first year at Apple.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field

  • 7+ years of relevant experience

  • Proven program and project management expertise delivering enterprise initiatives in fast‑paced environments, with an attention to detail.

  • Understanding of how “big picture” elements will work at a local level, ability to drive change locally and connect the dots across multiple elements.

  • Demonstrated ability to simplify sophisticated problems, structure ambiguity, and drive clarity and alignment across cross‑functional stakeholders.

  • Experience working with systems, data and partnering with analytics teams to inform decisions and measure success.

  • Excellent written communication skills with a track record of crafting scalable documentation, keynote presentations, playbooks, and stakeholder updates.

  • Strong collaboration, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging senior leaders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of specific event planning, logistics and/or event management for large multi-national companies.
