Description
We are looking for a dependable Test Center Administrator to support a secure and well-organized testing environment in Worthington, Ohio. The person in this role will guide candidates through the check-in process, uphold testing standards, and help ensure each exam session runs smoothly and fairly.
Responsibilities:

Welcome test takers upon arrival, confirm their identity, and guide them through required check-in procedures.

Conduct mandated security screening steps, including the use of hand-held screening devices when needed.

Observe candidates throughout the testing session to help protect exam integrity and address concerns promptly.

Respond quickly to irregular situations, escalating or documenting issues in accordance with site procedures.

Keep testing materials, equipment, and the overall environment secure at all times.

Support a calm, respectful, and consistent experience for all candidates during their visit.

Record and report incidents that fall outside established guidelines with clear and accurate documentation.

Adjust to changing schedules based on test center operating needs and exam volume.

Complete candidate fingerprint scanning and digital recordkeeping when required at the site.
Requirements
-
High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional college coursework is a plus.

At least one year of face-to-face customer service experience in settings such as retail, hospitality, food service, or similar environments is required.

Must meet the minimum age requirement for the position.

Strong verbal communication skills.

Ability to prepare clear, detailed written reports and routine correspondence.

Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once, including handling small tools and preparing equipment for shipment or setup.

Proficiency with Windows-based computer systems and common office applications, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and web browsers.
