Relocation Search Specialist

Job Description

Insight Global is currently looking to hire a Relocation Search Specialist within our Clients ALE Solutions division. This position falls under their lodging line of business and is located in St. Charles, IL. In this role, you will provide support to the Relocation Specialist team during the search process by increasing the efficiency of providing potential property options to the insurance adjuster. You will report directly to the Relocation Assistant Manager.

Day to Day: Research temporary housing options for policyholders Contact landlords/property managers to confirm availability and pricing Maintain tracking spreadsheets and databases Communicate housing options to internal relocation teams and insurance adjusters Coordinate information between multiple parties

Compensation: $17/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k)-retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.

Skills and Requirements

1+ years of customer service experience Comfortable making outbound calls to landlords'/property owners Strong administrative and organizational skills Experience tracking information in Excel, CRM, or databases Ability to multitask and manage multiple searches/projects simultaneously Strong communication skills (phone, e-mail, and internal team collaboration) Leasing, property management, relocation, hospitality, scheduling, or insurance experience Salesforce, CRM, or database experience
