Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $20 - $20 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Patient Services Representative:

• Provides meal-related customer service to hospital patients by taking meal orders

• Ensuring compliance with dietary restrictions, and coordinating with food service teams to support patient satisfaction

• Take patient meal orders by phone or in person

• Verify that orders comply with prescribed dietary restrictions

• Answer patient questions regarding menu options

• Communicate special requests to kitchen staff

• Maintain accurate patient meal records

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve meal-related concerns

• Follow hospital safety, sanitation, and HIPAA guidelines

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• Customer service experience preferred

• Healthcare, hospital, or food service experience is a plus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Background Check and Drug Test Required
