Product Manager (API & Integrations)

Job Description

Our customer is seeking a Product Manager to lead foundational platform capabilities that support its growing business. This role will focus on building and scaling backend services, APIs, integrations, and shared platform capabilities that connect front-end quoting experiences with SAP and other enterprise systems.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technical Product Manager who enjoys solving complex integration challenges and building scalable platform services.

What You'll Do

• Own and prioritize a portfolio of foundational platform capabilities
• Partner with engineering teams building APIs and microservices
• Drive product strategy for shared services supporting multiple product lines
• Define requirements for pricing, labor, tax, fulfillment, and eligibility services
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between business teams and engineering
• Develop capabilities that automate order management and fulfillment workflows
• Support integrations between customer-facing applications and SAP
• Help establish scalable platform architecture that can support future growth

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience
• Experience managing backend products, APIs, or platform services
• Strong understanding of API ecosystems and integrations
• Experience working closely with engineering teams on technical products
• Ability to balance technical requirements with business priorities
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with microservices-based architectures
• ERP integration experience (SAP preferred)
• Supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, or marketplace experience
• Experience building or managing shared services platforms
• Technical background working with integration-heavy environments
