Pay: $20-$25 flat rate depending on your experience.

Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. To be successful in this role, you will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak business periods and important opportunities for maximizing earnings.

Department Hours: 7:30 am to 6 pm Monday-Friday, Saturday 8 am to 4 pm and closed Sunday.

This position is onsite and reports to the Service Manager.

What You'll Do

• Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of used vehicle makes and models.

• Complete reconditioning work to ensure vehicles meet dealership and manufacturer quality standards.

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, suspension, steering, brake, and drivability concerns.

• Conduct multi-point inspections and identify additional repair opportunities.

• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid services, tire rotations, and brake work.

• Document repair orders and recommended repairs.

• Maintain productivity and quality standards.

• Collaborate with parts and service teams to complete reconditioning work and reduce vehicle downtime.

• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with dealership policies.

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of previous automotive technician experience is required.

• Experience performing used vehicle inspections and reconditioning.

• Ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicle makes and models.

• Experience with automotive systems and repair procedures.

• ASE certifications are ideal but not required.

• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
