Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Proof of concept creation for new sales engagements. Work on client interaction and workshop. Collaborate with different product owners and engineering teams. Analyze the requirements from clients and understand their business. Convert new business requirements into feasible technical solutions and create workable POC for client demonstrations. Leverage existing product features to accommodate new changes. Integrate with current client applications. Develop, test, deploy in client environment and demonstrate to client. Participate on various client workshops to understand their business requirements. Help the sales team to reach targets. Demonstrate product capabilities and architecture to client. Closely work with project specific teams to transfer knowledge of business requirements, technical stacks and lessons learned on the presales phase. Work with product engineering team on the product gaps and helps to improve product capabilities and provide new requirements to product roadmap based on the client requirements. Provide feedback to engineering team on user behavior and/or any potential changes clients would like liaising with corresponding developing products/services to gain an in-depth knowledge that can be related to customers.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related degree required. 60 months of experience as Presales Development Engineering Specialist, Software Developer, Software Architect, Software Engineer, Technical Analyst, or related field required. Experience with electronic payment systems integration and validation, ISO20022 migration, JAVA, Camel, REST required.
