Job Title: Warehouse Manager Job Description
The Warehouse Manager will oversee inventory control, warehouse operations, material handlers, receiving, and shipping to ensure accurate inventory, efficient material movement, and timely support of production. The role involves close collaboration with production and purchasing teams to ensure raw materials are properly ordered, received, stored, and delivered to production as needed.
Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including management of raw materials, production materials, finished goods, receiving, and shipping.

Ensure materials are properly received, inspected, stored, staged, and distributed.

Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.

Establish daily priorities and assign work based on production and shipping needs.

Monitor warehouse productivity, workflow, space utilization, and operational performance.

Maintain accurate inventory quantities and warehouse-location information in NetSuite.

Oversee cycle counts, inventory audits, physical inventories, and reconciliation activities.

Research and resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure transactions are entered accurately and promptly.

Monitor raw-material levels and identify current or potential shortages.

Coordinate with purchasing and supply-chain teams to ensure timely ordering and receipt of raw materials.

Supervise and direct Material Handlers, Inventory Control Specialists, Receiving Specialists, Shipping Clerks, and Warehouse Coordinators.

Train employees on warehouse procedures, safety practices, inventory transactions, and material-handling requirements.

Use NetSuite to manage and monitor inventory, receiving, material movement, and shipping transactions.

Enforce warehouse safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Identify and implement process improvements involving receiving, inventory, material flow, warehouse organization, or shipping.
Essential Skills
-
Five or more years of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or production logistics.

At least two years of warehouse supervisory or management experience.
-
Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP.
-
Strong knowledge of inventory-control procedures, cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation.

Experience leading and developing warehouse employees.
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and operational reporting.

Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
-
Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience coordinating raw-material requirements with production and purchasing.

Manufacturing or production-support experience.
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operation.

Work Environment
Work is performed in warehouse, shipping, receiving, and production-support areas. Frequent communication with warehouse employees, production, purchasing, suppliers, and transportation providers is required. The employee must be comfortable working around forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment, with regular standing and walking throughout warehouse and production areas.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
Previous warehouse management or supervisory experience. Inventory-control and cycle-count experience. Experience overseeing material handlers, receiving, and shipping. Manufacturing or production-support experience. Experience coordinating raw-material requirements with production and purchasing. Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP. Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
