Job Description

We are seeking an experienced UKG Business Analyst to support the administration, optimization, and enhancement of UKG Workforce Management (WFM) solutions. This individual will partner closely with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT stakeholders to gather business requirements, analyze workforce management processes, and implement system improvements across Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Accruals, and Reporting. The ideal candidate has a strong functional understanding of UKG WFM (formerly Kronos), experience gathering requirements from business partners, conducting UAT testing, troubleshooting system issues, and translating business needs into scalable workforce management solutions. Responsibilities -Gather and document business requirements from HR, Payroll, Operations, and other stakeholders. -Analyze workforce management processes and identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements. -Serve as the liaison between business users and technical teams. -Configure and support UKG modules including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, and Labor Management. -Facilitate requirements sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings. -Create business process documentation, functional specifications, and process flows. -Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test planning, and defect tracking activities. -Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with support teams to resolve defects. -Develop and maintain reporting and analytics using UKG reporting tools. -Support system upgrades, patches, and new functionality deployments. -Assist with change management, training, and end-user support initiatives. -Ensure workforce management processes remain compliant with company policies and labor regulations.

Skills and Requirements

-4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting UKG/Kronos Workforce Management solutions. -Hands-on experience with UKG Workforce Dimensions, UKG Pro WFM, UKG Ready, or Kronos Workforce Central. -Experience gathering and documenting business requirements. -Strong knowledge of Time & Attendance and Scheduling processes. -Experience conducting UAT testing and managing test cases. -Ability to create functional specifications, process maps, and user stories. -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. -Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments. -Experience supporting payroll integrations. -Knowledge of SQL, reporting, and workforce analytics. -Experience with labor management and workforce planning. -UKG certifications are highly preferred. -Experience supporting large enterprise WFM implementations.
